Chair: Jan van Dokkum
Jan van Dokkum became president of UTC Power in October 2002. Van Dokkum has been instrumental in advancing UTC Power's on-site power generation product and service offerings, including fuel cell, geothermal and combined cooling, heating and power applications for commercial and industrial markets. In addition, he has focused the company's fuel cell activities toward transportation, working with the world's leading automotive OEMs and seeking out other early uses for fuel cells in transit bus, marine, space and defense applications. Van Dokkum is a member of the U.S. Department of Energy, Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC). He serves on the board of directors of WestStart-CALSTART. He is a senior member of IEEE and serves on the executive committees of the Hydrogen Executive Leadership Panel (HELP) and National Association of State Fire Marshals (NASFM).

Executive Director: Catherine Dunwoody
Catherine Dunwoody became the executive director of the California Fuel Cell when the organization began in 1998. Leading the team of CaFCP industry and government representatives, she’s seen the organization grow from concept to global leader in fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen fuel. Before joining CaFCP, Catherine worked for the California Air Resources Board for 14 years where she managed teams responsible for clean air projects. |
